Business Intelligence Analyst (BIA) – The BIA partners with your internal team and your assigned CallMiner Customer Relationship Director (CRD) to provide contact analytics program development, analysis services, reporting, and recommendations on your contact analytics initiatives. This includes collaborating to establish project charters; define and configure specialized analytics categories; create scores and KPIs; set up reporting, frequency and subscriptions; and create senior-level presentations of analyses.
Customer Service – Support is offered by email and phone. Issues are tracked via a ticketing system for client visibility and support engineers work directly with clients to resolve issues within designated timeframes.
