Project Manager – BI Analytics Consulting

Position Summary:
This position, a critical role in the fast-growing CallMiner Global Services group, is accountable for end-to-end project management, definition & delivery of advanced speech analytics solutions to large enterprise customers. Facilitating discovery sessions to finalize business objectives & data requirements; evangelizing best practice methodologies; developing accurate SOWs/specs; ensuring integrity of team deliverables; effective briefings/training to execs/users. Accountable for developing project schedules, monitoring critical milestones, controlling scope & tracking deliverables through the project lifecycle. This role is key to on-time, on-budget, quality delivery of variety of concurrent projects.

This person must have fortitude & savvy to facilitate & negotiate across diverse groups of executive sponsors, supervisors & IT staff to uphold best practice/scope focus & motivate diverse individuals across multiple departments, organizations & locations.

Ideal candidate comfortably interacts with VP-level business sponsors & has extensive experience defining solution requirements & managing large enterprise integration projects in BI/analytics or call centers.

    This role is perfect for a rising-star do-what-it-takes highly disciplined self-starter with outstanding collaboration & verbal/written communication skills who thrives on juggling multiple complex project deadlines while nimbly embracing rapid-fire change. Must be highly competent & extremely organized with excellent interpersonal skills & attention to detail. Must be proficient in MS Project & project management methodologies, software & tools. Relied on as project manager/consultant for important projects requiring outstanding independent critical judgment.

  • Perform complex project work requiring use of independent judgement. Organize & manage own work, projects, priorities, deadlines & followup on assignments with minimal direction.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects in cross-functional environment under pressure.
  • Facilitate extraordinarily focused requirements sessions which tightly align customers’ ROI, analytical objectives & data requirements with CallMiner best practices speech analytics methodologies.
  • Develop unambiguous & accurate SOWs, Requirements, Specs to ensure quality business value across the rest of implementation team’s deliverables. Drive end-to-end integrity of business value through exceptional technical project leadership & careful oversight of QA, UAT & support handoff.
  • Develop & deliver business value results via compelling key findings briefings & training sessions.
  • Collaborate & communicate effectively with prospects/customers’ business sponsor executives, supervisors & IT staff as well as internal/partner project managers, sales staff & technical staff.
  • Own rapid problem resolution & on-time milestone delivery - identify & rapidly escalate to management any barriers impacting forward progress of project.
  • Own customer business value knowledgebase & advise on customer multi-phase evolution plans. Educate/mentor internal/partner staff in speech analytics business value best practices.

Education/ Certification/Special Skills:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. Professional services project management/consulting experience in enterprise full lifecycle implementations (8-10 years professional experience).
  • Background in data-based Analytics and/or call center Quality management; SQL integration highly desirable.
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Information Systems, or Computer Science. MBA, CPA preferred.
  • Ability to qualify for a United States Federal Government MBI Security Clearance is desired.
  • 30-80% travel required, primarily to US-based call centers.
