On premise delivery means that the software is purchased as a term license for a period commitment and is installed on your hardware within your IT infrastructure.  Procurement of hardware and operating software is completed by your internal IT staff according to CallMiner specifications. Maintenance of the operating and database systems, design and management of security features, and user group management are internal responsibility.  Your data never leaves your environment.
