ZOOM International’s Suite of Software Solutions for Contact Centers Branded as SpeechREC – speech analytics for the contact center – SpeechREC will be exclusively distributed by ZOOM to its Cisco partners to help organizations grow top-line revenues by acquiring new customers and retaining current customers
Nashville, Tenn. and Fort Myers, Fla. – June 16, 2009 – CallMiner Inc., the industry leader in enterprise speech analytics, and ZOOM International, a provider of IP recording and quality management software, today announced the companies had executed a reseller agreement that would fully integrate speech analytics into ZOOM’s suite of contact center software solutions.
The new software solution will be branded as SpeechREC – speech analytics for the contact center – and will be immediately and exclusively distributed by ZOOM to its Cisco partners.
