CallMiner Awarded Speech Analytics Patent Company Receives U.S. Patent that Increases Speed to Intelligence for its Customers

Fort Myers, Fla. – April 23, 2008 – CallMiner, the leader in advanced speech analytics, today announced it had been awarded a U.S. Patent for Speech Analytics. CallMiner’s patented software generates word alternatives to disambiguate confusing phrases used in speech patterning.
