CallMiner Promotes Kristen Mikovich to Chief Operating Officer Newly Created Post Signals Mikovich’s Significant Contributions and CallMiner’s Rapid Growth

FORT MYERS, Fla. – Jan. 19, 2010 – CallMiner Inc., the industry leader in enterprise speech analytics today announced it it had promoted Kristen Mikovich to Chief Operating Officer.

Mikovich will report directly to CallMiner’s CEO and President Terry Leahy; the promotion is effective immediately. Mikovich is charged with accelerating CallMiner’s rapid expansion and operational excellence initiatives.

"Kristen has fundamentally transformed CallMiner’s service and delivery models, and made marked improvements to our Inside Sales, Sales Operations and Professional Services Departments," said Terry Leahy, CallMiner’s president and CEO. "Although Kristen has definitely earned this promotion with her significant contributions to CallMiner’s success, the newly created COO post comes on the heels of CallMiner’s expectation to double again in size for 2010."

Most recently, Mikovich was CallMiner’s Senior Vice President Global Operations and Professional Services responsible for the global delivery of CallMiner’s services and support. She is an accomplished expert at operations integration with more than 16 years experience successfully leading project management and product development teams. Prior to joining CallMiner, Mikovich served in a number of senior management positions including VP, Global Product Development at MIVA (NASDAQ: MIVA; VTRO), a leading internet technology company; Chief Operating Officer of MediaBrains, a provider of internet-based solutions for publishers; and AVP of Strategic Planning at Humana (NYSE: HUM). Mikovich holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Marian College.
