CallMiner Promotes John Hamilton to Vice President Channels Charged with Expanding Channel Opportunities using New Channel Product: Eureka Essentials

Fort Myers, Fla. – January 7, 2009 – CallMiner, the leader in enterprise speech analytics, today announced it had promoted John Hamilton to Vice President Channels. The promotion is effective immediately. Hamilton will be responsible for CallMiner’s channels and identifying, evaluating and developing prospective business partners and establishing strong communities of resellers in the U.S. and the U.K.

Hamilton is an industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience in the computer industry, including engineering and sales positions at manufacturing, distribution and reseller corporations. Prior to joining CallMiner, Hamilton was responsible for the U.S. Channels for the Network Management Division at Ipswitch. Before that, he served as VP of Business Development at Revivio, a leading provider of data protection and application availability solutions where he was responsible for leading the efforts to identify and successfully secure new business opportunities, including acquisitions/investments and strategic partnerships. Hamilton also spent more than seven years at Hewlett Packard where he most recently served as a national partner manager in the Procurve Networking Group where he was responsible for the creation, development and growth of HP's National Resellers Network. Hamilton holds a BSc in Engineering from City University, London
