
Terry Leahy, President and Chief Executive Officer
Terry Leahy is a highly successful, veteran leader with more than 13 years experience as President and CEO for a number of top global technology companies. For each, he was responsible for building organizations that produced solid financial results and shareholder value. Prior to joining CallMiner, Leahy was CEO of Revivio, a developer of Continuous Data Protection. He has also served as CEO at Stream International, a multi-billion dollar software reseller and technical support provider. Under his leadership Stream International was reorganized into multiple spinoffs including Modus, a global supply chain services company. As Founder, Chairman and CEO, Leahy led Modus through aggressive global expansion and growth. Leahy holds a BS degree from New York University.

Jeff Gallino, Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technical Officer, Jeff Gallino oversees current product development and future product direction. Gallino was President and CEO during CallMiner’s first five years. During that time, he led the company to become an internationally recognized and award winning enterprise software company. Gallino has more than 18 years of experience delivering complex software and hardware solutions to enterprise and government customers. Prior to founding CallMiner, Gallino was Director of Business Alliances and Integration at ThinkEngine Networks, Inc., a speech recognition hardware manufacturer. Prior to ThinkEngine, he directed a national consulting practice for Hitachi and at Grant Thornton LLP. Gallino was a Captain in the United States Air Force, where he served in various capacities, including distinguished service at the Pentagon, and as a squadron communications officer. He holds a BS degree in computer science from the United States Air Force Academy.

Bob Orlando, Chief Financial Officer
Bob Orlando has an impressive track record in enterprise software and high technology. He has more than 25 years of operationally-focused, hands-on expertise building and managing companies to profitability combined with significant experience raising capital in the IPO, secondary and private equity/VC markets. Prior to joining CallMiner he was Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Camiant, an international software company that was sold to Tekelec in May 2010, for $135 million. Prior to Camiant, he served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Switchboard, Incorporated a leading provider of local online advertising solutions and Internet-based yellow pages that was sold to Infospace for $160 million. From 1991 through 2000, he was the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Mathsoft, Inc., a provider of math, engineering and scientific software solutions that went public in 1993. Orlando also held financial management positions with Bitstream, Inc., Unicco Service Company, Orion Research, Inc. Previous to these positions, Orlando served as an auditor for Arthur Andersen LLP. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Bentley College and has a CPA Certification.

Kristen Mikovich, Chief Operating Officer
Kristen Mikovich is charged with accelerating CallMiner’s rapid expansion and operational excellence initiatives. She is an accomplished expert at operations integration with more than 16 years experience successfully leading project management and product development teams. Prior to joining CallMiner, Mikovich served in a number of senior management positions including VP, Global Product Development at MIVA, a leading internet technology company; Chief Operating Officer of MediaBrains, a provider of internet-based solutions for publishers; and AVP of Strategic Planning at Humana. Mikovich holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Marian College.

Michael Dwyer, Vice President Research
Michael Dwyer is responsible for integrating state-of-the-art advances in speech recognition and analytics technologies into CallMiner’s suite of products. Dwyer developed the server and database framework that underpins CallMiner Eureka! and has delivered first and second generation products from concept to customer installation. Prior to joining CallMiner, Dwyer developed cutting-edge pattern recognition products for ID Software, and successfully completed the Information Management Leadership Program for GE Corporate. Dwyer holds a BA and Masters degree in computer science from Case Western Reserve University.

Adam Walton, Senior Vice President Global Sales
As SVP Global sales, Adam Walton Walton will oversee CallMiner’s sales teams in the U.S. and U.K. and will be based at the company’s Boston, Massachusetts, office. After training as an accountant, Walton has 20 years of experience in the software application sector. He joined CallMiner from Ingres, the open source relational database company where he was Director responsible for the Benelux region. Prior to Ingres, he was founder and managing director of an on-line performance management software company. From 1994 to 2001, Walton was Head of Sales and then Director of Acquisitions for fast-growing software company, the Cedar Group, where he led the negotiation and integration of a number of successful corporate acquisitions. Walton holds a BSc Honours degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Bristol.

Scott Kendrick, Vice President Marketing & Product Management
Scott Kendrick is responsible for marketing, product management, and user experience design. He has more than 15 years of experience leading teams and managing the product lifecycle for consumer, small business and enterprise software applications and platforms. Kendrick has a successful track record in managing both new and mature product lines through the entire product life cycle from idea to launch with a keen focus on building market driven products. He has held director level positions for the majority of his career including; Sr. Director of Global Product Management at MIVA (an internet search marketing company), and Director of Product Management and Marketing for the New Ventures division at Corel Corporation (makers of personal and business software CorelDraw and WordPerfect). Kendrick holds a BScE in Civil Engineering from Queen’s University (Ontario, Canada), and is certified in Pragmatic Marketing.

Dan Carpenter, Vice President Business Development
As Vice President of Business Development at CallMiner, Dan is a proven leader with a diversity of experience and a strong history of success. Prior to CallMiner, Dan spent 7 years at Aspect Software where he headed up the Global Workforce Optimization sales organization and, leveraging his substantial international experience, led the global integration of several acquired companies. Prior to Aspect, Dan had several key sales and business development roles with US and UK based technology companies. He also co-founded Revolution Software and holds a patent for IVR technology.
