Terry Leahy, President and Chief Executive Officer

Terry Leahy is a highly successful, veteran leader with over 12 years experience as President and CEO for a number of top global technology companies. For each, he was responsible for building organizations that produced solid financial results and shareholder value. Prior to joining CallMiner, Leahy was CEO of Revivio, a developer of Continuous Data Protection. He has also served as CEO at Stream International, a multi-billion dollar software reseller and technical support provider. Under his leadership Stream International was reorganized into multiple spin offs including Modus, a global supply chain services company. As Founder, Chairman and CEO, Leahy led Modus through aggressive global expansion and growth. Leahy holds a BS degree from New York University.

Jeff Gallino, Chief Technology Officer, Chairman and Co-Founder

As Chief Technical Officer, Jeff Gallino oversees current product development and future product direction. Gallino served as President and CEO during CallMiner’s first five years. During that time, he led the company to become an internationally recognized and award winning enterprise software company. Gallino has over 17 years of experience delivering complex software and hardware solutions to enterprise and government customers. Before CallMiner, Gallino was Director of Business Alliances and Integration at ThinkEngine Networks, Inc., a speech recognition hardware manufacturer. Prior to ThinkEngine, he directed a national consulting practice for Hitachi and at Grant Thornton LLP. Gallino served his country as a Captain in the United States Air Force, where he served in various capacities, including distinguished service at the Pentagon, and as a squadron communications officer. He holds a BS degree in computer science from the United States Air Force Academy.

Cliff LaCoursiere, Senior Vice President of Business Development and Co-Founder

Cliff LaCoursiere is responsible for CallMiner's strategic business development. At the company’s inception, La Coursiere led the company's marketing and sales efforts that cemented CallMiner's leadership position with best-of-breed quality management and workforce optimization vendors. He is a seasoned executive with over 18 years of experience organizing, building, and leading sales and marketing initiatives in early stage, high-growth technology companies. LaCoursiere led marketing and sales efforts at ThinkEngine Networks, Inc., a speech recognition hardware manufacturer. Previously, he was responsible for exponential sales growth at Media 100, a digital media hardware and software company. LaCoursiere holds a BS degree in economics and math from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Kim Brown, Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder

Kim Brown has extensive financial management experience in high technology. As CFO, he is responsible for CallMiner's finance and legal operations. Brown brings a wealth of technology and start-up experience to the company. As CFO of Attitude Network, he was a senior member of the team that grew from start-up to a $43 million acquisition in three years. In addition to his financial background, Brown is a licensed attorney and serves as CallMiner's in-house counsel. He holds a BA degree from St. Olaf College, a Doctorate in jurisprudence from Washington University, and a MBA from the University of South Florida.

Mike Peloquin, Senior Vice President of Sales

Mike Peloquin is responsible for CallMiner's worldwide sales and channel programs. Prior to joining CallMiner, Peloquin was Vice President, Sales/Americas for Gupta Technologies, a leading producer of small-footprint, embeddable databases and enterprise application development tools. He previously served as Vice President of Strategic Alliances for ePartners as well as various management positions at Pervasive Software. Peloquin's strong background of sales management and proven record of revenue generation is helping propel CallMiner's growth and market penetration.

Michael Dwyer, Vice President of Research and Development

Michael Dwyer is responsible for integrating state-of-the-art advances in speech recognition and analytics technologies into CallMiner's suite of products. Dwyer developed the server and database framework that underpins CallMiner Eureka! and has delivered first and second generation products from concept to customer installation. Prior to joining CallMiner, Dwyer developed cutting-edge pattern recognition products for ID Software, and successfully completed the Information Management Leadership Program for GE Corporate. Dwyer holds a BA and Masters degree in computer science from Case Western Reserve University.

Kristen Mikovich, Vice President of Program Management Office

Kristen Mikovich is responsible for managing CallMiner’s cross functional operations to optimize the sales and product development process. She is an accomplished expert at operations integration with over 15 years experience successfully leading project management and product development teams. Prior to joining CallMiner, Mikovich served in a number of senior management positions including VP, Global Product Development at MIVA, a leading internet technology company; Chief Operating Officer of MediaBrains, a provider of internet-based solutions for publishers; and AVP of Strategic Planning at Humana. Mikovich holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Marian College.

Susan Almeida, Vice President of Global Services

Susan Almeida Susan Almeida is responsible for global delivery of CallMiner’s services and support. She has more than 20 years of senior management experience successfully helping companies capitalize on category-leading innovations aimed at boosting customers’ productivity and competitiveness, including Executive Director, Global and Strategic Marketing for CoSine Communications; General Manager for Singapore Telecom USA; several management positions for Digital Equipment Corporation, and has led highly respected management consulting practices. She holds a B.S. in Management and Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Michelle Craft, Vice President of Marketing

Michelle Craft Michelle Craft is responsible for CallMiner’s global marketing initiatives, including public relations. She has more than 20 years of senior marketing management experience, including MIVA, Inc. (NASDAQ: MIVA), formerly Findwhat.com; Royal Dutch Shell (NYSE: RDS.A); and Fibernet Telecom (NASDAQ: FTGX), and has 13 years experience in cable TV ownership and operations. Craft began her career at the National Cable TV Association in Washington, D.C and won a “Best of Show” Addy® in 2006 from the American Advertising Federation for the state of Florida and Caribbean for an innovative 104-page retail planner and micro site she produced, linking paid search ads to retail holidays. She holds a B.A. in Politics/Business from the Catholic University of America.
