To ensure a successful launch of Eureka voice of the customer analytics CallMiner will partner with your team to establish a project charter, define and configure specialized analytics categories, create scores and key performance indexes, set-up reporting and subscriptions, and create senior-level presentations of analyses results.  We will partner with your team to provide expertise, best practices, process development, and analyst coaching.
